What is Phlostate?

Phlostate is business software for wedding and couples photographers. Leads, inbox, projects, contracts, invoices, client galleries, a booking page, a hosted website and automations in one subscription, with Phlo, an AI assistant that runs the back office and drafts anything client-facing for your approval.

Who is it for?

Working wedding, elopement, engagement and couples photographers, usually running the business solo.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with a card on file. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Settings.

Does Phlostate take a percentage of client payments?

No. Clients pay through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s published rate, and Phlostate adds nothing. You can have the client cover the processing fee per payment method.

Will the AI email my clients on its own?

No. Phlo drafts emails, invoices and contracts and waits for you to send them. Internal work like moving a project stage or blocking a date she does when you ask.

Can I talk to Phlo out loud?

Yes. Voice mode listens, does the work, and answers out loud.

Can I import my clients from another CRM?

Yes, from a CSV export. During the trial you can ask for help moving over.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Galleries, pay links, booking pages and contracts open from a link.

Is there an iOS app?

Yes, on the App Store. The web app works on any device, and Field Mode works on a shoot day with no signal.

How much storage do galleries get?

250 GB on Standard and 1 TB on Pro. Trials get 5 GB.

Can I keep a backup of my work outside Phlostate?

Yes. Turn on the Google Drive backup in Settings and your gallery originals, contracts and files are copied into your own Google Drive every week, de-duplicated and versioned, with the retention you choose.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the billing portal in Settings. You keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.

Where is my data stored?

In the US, with a privacy policy you can read in full on the site.
