Phlostate vs Táve

Táve, now VSCO Workspace, is one of the most established photographer CRMs, with strong reporting and integrations. Phlostate trades some of that depth for breadth and an assistant.

Where they differ

Táve covers galleries through integrations and does not host a website. Phlostate includes galleries with a print store and a hosted site with an inquiry form that feeds the pipeline.

Phlo is the larger gap. Táve automations are rules you configure. Phlo is an assistant you talk to: it drafts the reply, builds the invoice, blocks the date, and waits for your approval on anything client-facing.

Where Táve is stronger

  • A 30-day trial.
  • QuickBooks and Zapier integrations.
  • Detailed reporting that long-time users rely on.

Questions

Does Phlostate integrate with QuickBooks?
Not today. Invoices and payments live in Stripe, which exports to most accounting tools.
